How do I make a reservation?
Booking your trip with Spacest.com is easy!
Search for your preferred destination, select the dates, and choose from the available options.
Once you've found the perfect accommodation, click "Select the room," choose the room you prefer for all guests, and then follow the instructions to complete the payment.
How can I get a discount on the price of my stay?
There are two ways to get discounts, and for both, you need to create an account.
By logging in, you'll see discounted prices through the Spacest.com Membership program. Additionally, you may receive exclusive discount codes via email that we send to our customers.
How do I edit a reservation?
To modify a booking, log in to your account and go to the “My Bookings” section, or if you don’t have an account, you can enter your booking code and the email you used at the time of booking here.
You will then access your booking details, where you can update information such as dates, guest names, or cancel all or some of the rooms you have booked.
How do I get a refund or cancel my reservation?
The possibility of receiving a refund depends on the cancellation policy applied by the booked accommodation.
Check the details in your booking confirmation. To proceed with the cancellation, log in to your account and follow the instructions in the “My Bookings” section.
I have problems with payment
If you encounter issues during payment, check the details you entered or try using a different payment method.

Payment rejected by the card issuing company
If payment with your card has been declined, you are advised to contact your card issuer for further details and to resolve any problems.

Payment error due to security limits
If you received an error related to the limit of attempts, invalid CVC, security breach, exceeding the limit of funds used daily, or maximum limit of failures reached, we recommend that you wait a few minutes and try again. Make sure that the information you enter is correct and that your card is enabled for use.

Two-factor authentication error (2FA)
If your transaction has been blocked due to two-factor authentication (2FA), be sure to properly follow the instructions provided by your bank or payment service to complete authentication.

Card not supported

If your transaction has been blocked for suspected fraudulent activity, contact your bank to verify and unblock the payment. Be sure to use a secure and reliable connection to make payments.

What should I do if my PayPal payment fails?
If your PayPal payment fails, it could be due to a variety of reasons. Here are some solutions you can try:
1. Verify that there are sufficient funds in your PayPal account.
2. Make sure your PayPal linked card has no restrictions or limits that prevent the transaction.
3. Check that the billing information is correct and up-to-date.
4. Contact your bank to see if the transaction has been blocked for security reasons or for too large an amount.
5. Make sure your PayPal account has no temporary limitations or restrictions.
