[EN] The studiot is equipped with a furnished kitchen, with a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee machine, cutlery and all other basic equipment. In the living/dining room, you will find a table, a desk, and a TV corner. Of course, the usual furniture (sofa, cabinets,...) are also in there, as wel as an internet connection and telephone. The use of internet is included in the rent. Towels are also provided for. The toilet is a separate room. Furthermore, you will find some basic cleaning equipment in the apartment. Optional services: - Garage: € 90/month - Laundry (change of bedsheets and towels): € 15 pp - Cleaning (cleaning the whole apartment): € 55 - € 75 - Window cleaning: € 15 - Extra Bed: € 125/month Electricity will be charged according to use ( +/- € 40/month). The apartments and studios are heated with a central gas installation connected to solar boilers. We charge a fix amount for this, depending on the season.
