Guests can use the shared swimming pool - open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 15th May to 15th September, from 10:00 to 20:00 h, it is located in another building, in the same complex. Guests also have at their disposal an assigned covered parking space in the shared parking lot. Air conditioning and heating are present in all rooms and can be adjusted independently. The area is refined and quiet, within a green and well-served neighborhood, which allows you to quickly reach the historic center on foot or by public transport. The entrance is equipped with a large custom-made piece of furniture and leads directly into the large living room, which overlooks the terrace, which has a table complete with its seats. The living area includes a relaxation corner, furnished with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a leather armchair (complete with footrest) and a smart working station, where the 32" Smart TV is located. There's also a comfortable desk in walnut complete with drawers, as well as the area dedicated to the kitchen. The latter offers guests a complete equipment and includes a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and induction hob. In front of the kitchen there is a dining table signed by Gavina, complete with a set of Danish chairs finely upholstered in precious fabrics. The lighting is studied in detail and characterized by some pieces that lovers of architecture and design will not fail to appreciate. To access the sleeping area, you will go through a corridor that ends in the large master bedroom. This is equipped with a 32” TV and furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe with two sliding doors. The second bedroom offers two single beds (80 x 200 cm) which can possibly be joined to form another double bed. The furniture is completed by a spectacular built-in wardrobe with glass doors and a desk, which can be used as an additional workstation for Smart working. The bathroom with window, very elegant with its ceramics that reflect the veins of marble, is equipped with a large crystal shower box. Finally, along the corridor there is a small laundry room, where the washing machine has been placed. This property is suitable for those looking for a place capable of guaranteeing every comfort, including what you feel when you are in an elegant setting and surrounded by refined objects. The area is well served by public transport and also from the point of view of shops: 50 m. from the house there is a large shopping center. Furthermore, along the adjacent Stalingrad avenue, there are several restaurants (sushi, pizzerias, trattorias), and pubs. In the immediate vicinity of the condominium there is a newsstand, a pizzeria, a bar and a bank. Public transport: Buses number 21 and 88 stop under the building and lead respectively in a few stops to the historic center and the train station, the journey takes less than 5 minutes. Parking: The apartment is outside the limited traffic area (ZTL) and has a large covered parking space inside the condominium parking lot.
