There's air con in all rooms and in the shared areas. The flat has nice dining room area connected to the kitchen; the flat is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Madrid. In the common areas you will find a  TV, fridge, stove, oven, washing machine, microwave and a table in the kitchen. The apartment has a very good location, close many different public transport stations.

The extension or renewal is not reflected in the contract but can be requested taking into account the following: -That the current room is still available for the dates requested by the tenant. That is to say, that the room has not been booked by another tenant for the dates he/she would like to extend. -That if the extension is accepted, from the first month of the renewal it will be updated to the current rental price of the room, that is to say, that they pay the price that is reflected on the website at the time they decide to request the extension. -That if the 11 months are exceeded, a new admin fee would have to be paid (equal to one month's rent, which would have to be at the updated price if any). -That it is not a right of the tenant, but a possibility, and that in any case, the landlord has the right to accept or not a renewal request at his own discretion.
