The reservation gets automatically cancelled and you will lose the Roomless service fee. BOOKING - PRE CHECK IN The tenant must give the cancellation notice up to 30 days before the check-in date in order to receive a full reimbursement of the amount paid. If the cancellation notice is given within less than 30 days of the check-in date, no reimbursement will be conceived.
