L'appartamento si trova a circa 200 metri dalla fermata della tramvia Novoli - Torre degli Agli, si trova al terzo piano di un piccolo condominio con ascensore ed è composto da una grande stanza con letto matrimoniale e cucina attrezzata, bagno con finestra e un terrazzino privato. La cucina è completa con lavastoviglie, bollitore, forno a microonde, Nespresso, forno, frigorifero. In bagno è presente la lavatrice. E' presente aria condizionata ed un'ottima connessione Wi-Fi.
