The flat has an open space with an equipped kitchen and a living area with a sofa (sofa bed) and TV. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and washing machine. The loft is used as a sleeping area with a double bed. The area is quiet, with public parking just outside the courtyard. The centre of Milan is easily accessible by public transport. RENTAL CONDITION: - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more.
