POLITICHE DI CANCELLAZIONE PRE CHECK-IN: Per soggiorni a partire da 30 giorni, la cancellazione è gratuita fino a 60 giorni prima del check-in. In caso di cancellazione nel periodo tra 60 a 30 giorni prima del check-in, il cliente dovrà pagare il 50% dell'importo previsto per la prima mensilità. In caso di cancellazione negli ultimi 30 giorni prima del check-in, il cliente dovrà pagare un costo pari ad un mese. POST CHECK-IN In caso di cancellazione anticipata si applica una penale pari a una mensilità. CANCELLATION POLICIES PRE CHECK-IN For stays of 30 days or more, cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before check-in. In case of cancellation in the period between 60 to 30 days before check-in, the customer will have to pay 50% of the amount provided for the first month. In case of cancellation in the last 30 days before check-in, the customer will have to pay a fee equal to one month. POST CHECK-IN In the event of early cancellation, a cancellation fee of one month's rent applies. DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE For stays of 30 days or more, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card upon check-in. The security deposit is required by the owners as a guarantee in case of damage to the apartment or if valuables are missing. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, after a check on the condition of the apartment (usually after the check-out date), if no damages are found.
