The sofa of the living room is convertible into a bed of 152cm x 194cm with a mattress of 15cm. You can enjoy an aperitif on the spacious sunny balcony. The sandy beaches are 100m away. The entrance to Cap d'Antibes is 10min walk along the sea. Near De Gaulle square and entrance to the old town. Close to all shops. No need to take your car to be able to enjoy Antibes. A parking space is available (which is quite rare in Antibes :) ). You will love staying here. The apartment will be ready and cleaned for your arrival. Here are the protocols our cleaning team does : - During the cleaning service all windows and doors will be left open for airing out - Cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces, including door handles, tables, chairs etc - All bedsheets, pillowcases and duvets covers as bath towels will be washed on a high temperature for a professional dry cleaning. Guest access The entire apartment and a parking space are fully available for you to enjoy your stay here. The neighborhood In the heart of downtown, you have all the best activities around you. You will love being in the heart of our beautiful city of Antibes. The Provençal market is a must to taste the local flavors (spices, socca, vegetables of the region, tapenade ...) and is 5-10min walk. The souvenir shops, the beaches of course, the nice walks along the ramparts during a fireworks display, the Picasso museum, the quai of billionaires at Vauban port, Fort Carré also. There is something for everyone, the beautiful scenery and for those who like a good meal or to simply wander .... There are many bars / pubs around the harbor and many restaurants ... Juan les Pins is 5 minutes by car. Cannes is 15-20min. Nice is 20min. For Monaco and the Italian border, estimate 1 hour by the highway. Getting around The train station of Antibes is a 10-15min walk. To park, you can use the private parking space available with the apartment. Cancellation made after the reservation was confirmed: 25% reimbursement of the first month paid. If notice is given less than 1 month before the agreed check-out date, the security deposit will be retained.
