Located in Berlin Reinickendorf, Simmelstraße is a newly built, high quality building with thoughtfully designed bedrooms and fully equipped apartments. The building is situated in close proximity to several amenities, including supermarkets, parks and green spaces, restaurants and cafés, and essential services like banks and pharmacies. This means that you’ll have everything you need to unlock your next move in Berlin with full ease and convenience.  Märkisches Viertel is one of the largest residential areas within Reinickendorf, characterized by its high-rise apartment buildings, green spaces, and amenities such as shopping centers and schools. This neighborhood is also home to several cultural centers, community halls, and youth clubs, as well as restaurants, cafes, and bakeries to grab a bite or enjoy a cup of coffee. When it comes to public transportation, Märkisches Viertel is a well-connected area, with bus stops and U-Bahn (subway) stations providing convenient access to other parts of Berlin. CHECK-IN: If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month. Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time. More information about your future flatmates: It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community. When are the first payments due? The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts. You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.
