Each bedroom has a bed, desk and storage cupboards, and the bathroom has a toilet, but one has a bathtub and the other has a shower. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is spacious and bright thanks to the exterior windows. It has a sofa, a television and a dining table for 4 people. This apartment is located in the Puerta Bonita neighborhood, in the Carabanchel district. In the area you’ll find several restaurants, shops, parks like the Vista Alegre Estate and even a post office since it’s back to back with one of the main streets of this district; near you’ll also find the “La Mina” sport center where you’ll be able to enjoy the public pool in summer. From here you’ll be able to easily access universities like the Complutense of Madrid and the Politecnica.  The nearest metro station is Carabanchel (Line 5). Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments. El piso tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con horno, microondas, lavavajillas y lavadora. El salón es amplio y luminoso gracias a las ventanas exteriores. Dispone de un sofá, un televisor y una mesa de comedor para 4 personas. Este apartamento se encuentra en el barrio de Puerta Bonita, en el distrito de Carabanchel. Por la zona encontrarás varios restaurantes, tiendas, parques como la Finca de Vista Alegre y hasta una oficina de correos ya que se encuentra a espaldas de una calle principal del distrito; cerca también está el Polideportivo de La Mina, dónde podrás disfrutar de la piscina pública en verano. Desde aquí podrás acceder con gran facilidad a universidades como la Complutense de Madrid y la Politécnica. La parada de metro más cercana es la de Carabanchel (Línea 5).
