There is a single visco elastic bed, a desk, a chair for studying, a desk lamp, shelves, air conditioner and a big closet in front of the door for all your belongings. This room is special because it has an amazing private terrace! You will feel very comfortable and will have plenty of privacy and natural light when living in this room. It’s in the Argüelles neighborhood, right in the Moncloa-Aravaca district. In the area you’ll find lots of shops and restaurants since it’s parallel with Princesa Street; you’ll be able to walk to the Contemporary Art Museum, the Oeste Park, the Debod temple or the Renoir Princesa Cinemas in the Cubos Square. You can take a walk to the Nebrija and Comillas universities since they’re about 10 minutes away from the apartment. The closest metro station is Ventura Rodríguez (Line 3). Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the summary of payments. En el área vas a encontrar gran cantidad de tiendas y restaurantes ya que es paralela con la Calle Princesa, podrás acercarte andando al Museo Municipal de Arte Contemporáneo, el Parque del Oeste, el Templo de Debod o los Cines Renoir Princesa en la Plaza de los Cubos. También podrás ir a estudiar a las Universidades Nebrija y Comillas que están a unos 10 minutos del apartamento. La parada de metro más cercana es Ventura Rodríguez (Línea 3).
