It’s renovated and has 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay besides a microwave and washing machine. It’s located in the Rios Rosas neighborhood, in the centric district of Chamberi. You’ll be able to easily access universities such as CEU (on its campus from the center), Complutense of Madrid and Politecnica. In the area you’ll also find lots of shops, restaurants and museums such as the Geominero, Sorolla, Canal de Isabel II or the Natural Science Museum and parks like Santander Park. The closest metro station is Cuatro Caminos (Lines 1, 2 and 6). Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments. The accommodation does not have internet service. Está renovado y cuenta con 4 dormitorios, 1 baños completo y una cocina con todo lo necesario durante tu estancia además de microondas y lavadora. Se encuentra en el barrio de Ríos Rosas, en el céntrico distrito de Chamberí. Desde el apartamento podrás acceder fácilmente a las Universidades CEU (en su campus del centro), Complutense de Madrid y Politécnica. En la zona podrás encontrar también gran cantidad de tiendas, restaurantes y museos como el Geominero, Sorolla, Canal de Isabel II o el Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales y parques como el de Santander. La parada de metro más cercana es Cuatro Caminos (Líneas 1, 2 y 6).
