EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Guests who want to explore the iconic old city of Barcelona will find themselves right at home in this incredible modern duplex. The apartment is recently renovated and all furniture is new with industrial finishings for a contemporary interior design that is both unique and stylish. The flat also boasts a beautiful 25 m² private terrace flanked by tropical plants and cactuses where guests can work, dine, and relax outdoors. The terrace has a tented lounge area with hanging lamps and comfortable couches to take in Barcelona's enchanting night sky. As you enter the apartment you will find a newly renovated kitchen fully stocked with essentials and fitted with all modern appliances. The living room boasts 5 meter high ceilings and a 70-inch flat-screen TV to help you unwind and relax. There are two custom-mounted wall fans and an air conditioner to keep you cool in the warmer months. Take the flight of stairs above the kitchen to find an open bedroom with a plush queen size bed and ample closet space. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV and includes both indoor and outdoor work areas to meet all your work from home needs. The plants are live and fresh, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer for your full convenience. For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
