EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Selayar captures the hearts of all who visit with its stunning 170 square meters of pure design and detail. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom is located right in the heart of Madrid’s Almagro neighborhood. Almagro is hip yet historic, with an array of trendy local stores mixed with traditional Madrileno architecture. A step into the space reveals a stunning living and dining room to the right. Madrid’s brisk evenings are remedied with Selayar’s dark wood-slatted fireplace to the right side of the room. The stylish seating of the living room stretches to the bay windows while a dedicated workstation is situated behind the salon. The open-concept space is completed with a six-person dining set crowned in lantern lighting and rattan-thatched seating. Across the hall is unparalleled kitchen space. Large slats of travertine tile wrap around the L-shaped kitchen with pantry space lining the left side. Modern appliances and cooking utensils make the space functional and fit for a culinary experience. The first ensuite bedroom through the kitchen and to the left offers a private oasis with a daybed and bamboo design elements throughout the space. A slate-colored armoire finishes the bedroom space while the left-hand door opens up to the ensuite bathroom, coupled with design and rejuvenation, as demonstrated by the walk-in shower and soothing tile design. The wide hallway gives way to stunning Southeast Asian design with natural fiber wall hangings and bench seating. Straight down the hallway is the first bathroom. Calm washes over with the creamy color palette woven through tiling and textures. The walk-in shower encapsulates the overall spa-like experience. To the right is the second ensuite bedroom. Stepping through the space, built-in closets line one side of the room while the ensuite bathroom is to the left. The ensuite bathroom emanates luxury and amenity with its floor-to-ceiling travertine and walk-in, all-glass shower. Back in the bedroom, the space opens up to a masterfully-designed bedroom. Boasting function and form, a comfortable workspace sits to the right of the room, while a queen-sized bed cloaked in Java Sea-inspired textiles closes out the space. Across the first bedroom, are the two remaining bedrooms. The bedroom closest to the entryway exudes elegance with its earthy, textured accent wall that frames the queen-sized bed. The space includes ample built-in storage. The final bedroom is a showstopper. Guests are immediately drawn to the macrame wall-hanging above the queen-sized bed. A leafy palm ties together the space between the bedroom and built-in storage. *For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in three bedrooms. All bedding and linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
