EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Inspired by the mountains, Campro combines modern design with traditional Catalan architecture. Located in Sant Antoni, guests will find a variety of trendy tapas bars and boutiques along the tree lined streets. When the day is finished, come home to Campro for absolute indulgence. Not only does this duplex feature 3 bedrooms, there are also 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms in this apartment have been uniquely decorated and are on the upstairs level. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second a queen size bed and balcony access, and the third a single bed with balcony access as well. All bathrooms have beautiful Catalan tiled floors, with one detached bathroom being located upstairs and the other by the entrance. The bottom level of the duplex has the living room and kitchen. The living room has light streaming in from the balcony sitting area, allowing you to take in the sights and sounds of Barcelona from the comfort of your own home. The wooden furniture and dining table add to the mountain theme of the apartment. If it gets too warm in the summer, Campro has air conditioning for maximum comfort. A dedicated workstation sits behind the dining table, perfect for any remote working needs. The kitchen is complete not only with all appliances, but also utensils and plenty of space to prepare a meal. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
