This cozy 63-square-meter retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and accessibility. Trocchia boasts a beautifully designed bedroom with a luxurious queen-size bed, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, allowing you to unwind with a soothing bath after a day of exploration. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room is perfect for accommodating additional guests if needed. The living room is adorned with coastal colors and patterns to bring the beach theme to life. This space features an entertainment system, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Additionally, a dining table and a dedicated workstation provide versatile areas for dining and work. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and a convenient countertop seating area. Individual air conditioning in each room ensures a comfortable indoor environment, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your liking. Trocchia also offers disabled access and a convenient parking space, making it accessible and hassle-free for all guests. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
