Boasting 97 square meters of contemporary living space, this apartment is perfect to relax at home after a long day of exploring. The apartment features two beautifully designed double bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen size bed and a dedicated workstation, making it easy to catch up on work or stay connected with loved ones during your stay. Need extra sleeping space? No problem - there's also a sofa bed in the living room that can comfortably accommodate two more guests. Alos also offers a spacious and beautifully tiled bathroom, complete with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, ensuring you have all the comforts of home during your stay. The apartment's living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Berlin. With its cozy sofa, full entertainment system, and a dining table, it's the perfect place to unwind and share a meal with your friends or family. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a fridge, oven, stove, and all necessary cookware and utensils. As you step into Alos, you'll immediately notice its stunning mountain theme, which is tastefully incorporated throughout the apartment. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
