Spanning 80 square meters, Sabre features two bedrooms, including one with a comfortable queen size bed and the other with a single bed. The single bed is framed in wooden planks, bringing a feeling of seclusion, and the queen size bed is adorned with industrial black wooden rods that add dimension to the room. The bathroom is chic and functional in design. Additionally, the apartment boasts an office space with a dedicated workstation, perfect for remote workers or business travelers seeking a productive environment. The bright and airy living room of Sabre with exposed brick ceiling and walls is designed with your comfort in mind. Relax and unwind on the balcony sitting area, offering a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or soak up the Barcelona sunshine. The dining table provides a space for enjoying meals with family and friends or for catching up on work or leisure activities. The fully furnished kitchen comes equipped with all the modern appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, giving you the flexibility to dine in or out as you prefer. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
