Filled with tree lined streets, trending bars, and quirky shops, there’s so much to explore in this neighborhood that you have to make sure you have a place to come home to. This urban retreat offers three bedrooms, including two spacious double bedrooms furnished with queen-size beds. The third bedroom is a cozy single room, perfect for accommodating an additional guest. One of the double bedrooms grants access to a balcony, providing a peaceful outdoor spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. Refresh and rejuvenate in the well-appointed bathroom, providing necessary amenities and comfort for your daily routines. The inviting living room is the heart of Tramonto. Featuring soothing beach design, this space is adorned with coastal neutrals and tasteful clay pottery, exuding a serene ambiance. With an entertainment system, a dedicated workstation, and a stylish dining table, this versatile space is perfect for unwinding, catching up on work, or enjoying shared meals. Prepare food and snacks in the fully furnished kitchen, equipped with all the essential appliances and amenities. Tramonto ensures a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere with split air conditioning in the living room, offering an ideal setting for relaxation and leisure during your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
