Family-Friendly Services: If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these. Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€. Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys?
