Deposit Information: A €250 deposit is required to access the property, payable online only via credit card through SWIKLY. The deposit will be refunded within 8-14 days after departure, provided there are no damages. Additional Fees: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. Evidence of smoking (e.g., cigarette smell): €450. Extra key service: Available only for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the key type and circumstances (e.g., if left in the door or inside the apartment).
