Here's a guide to help you make your way: By Plane: From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B train towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse until Châtelet-Les Halles. Change to Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle Étoile and disembark at Trocadéro Station. Our property is a short stroll from here. From Orly Airport (ORY): Opt for the Orlyval train to Antony. Switch to the RER B train towards Aeroport Charles de Gaulle and alight at Denfert-Rochereau. Transfer to Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle Étoile, and exit at Trocadéro Station. A quick walk and you've arrived! By Train: From Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est: Board Metro Line 4 in the direction of Mairie de Montrouge until Strasbourg Saint-Denis. Change to Line 9 towards Pont de Sèvres and alight at Trocadéro Station. Public Transportation at Your Doorstep: Metro Stations: Trocadéro Station (Lines 6 and 9) is just a stone's throw away, offering swift connections to all major attractions. Other Things to Note: We are delighted to provide you with the following amenities and guidelines for a seamless and enjoyable experience: Included Services: Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay. Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment. Family-Friendly Services: If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these. Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated. A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€. Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions. Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility. Internet Access: Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions. Special Bookings and Events: For unique services or events, seek pre-approval. Deposits apply for Paris 2024 Olympic Games bookings. We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to. We're here to ensure an exceptional stay!
