You will be accommodated in a magnificent early twentieth-century house with high ceilings and moldings. It consists of 8 fully-equipped rooms, each featuring a private bedroom, a private bathroom, an office corner, a coffee machine, and a dressing area. LILAS is 21m2 room ground floor with a double bed, a small desk, a clothes cupboard and a shower. In addition to your private space, you will share a spacious living area with fellow residents. The fully equipped common kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, four cooking plates, a coffee machine, a kettle, a soda stream, a mixer, a blender, a toaster, and even a raclette machine. Step into the fantastic garden for enjoying the sun or meals, and discover a delightful downstairs zone with a football table, a bar, and a TV room with comfortable armchairs – the perfect setting for sharing fantastic moments. The house is fully furnished and equipped, and, of course, WiFi is available throughout. What more could you want? Rent: 850€ + 175 € charges (charges include gas, electricity, water, internet, TV, and cleaning of communal areas). For rentals of less than 6 months, the price is increased by 40% for rentals of 1 or 2 months. The price is increased by 20% for a rental of 3, 4 or 5 months.
