For future arrivals with an arrival date later than 7 days after the booking date, please send all the required documentation at least within 7 days following the booking, otherwise the property will proceed with the immediate cancellation of the booking and will withhold the payment of the first monthly rent paid to the portal without any refund. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY: -For reservations canceled more than 60 days before check-in, the tenant will receive the full first month's rent in advance. -For reservations canceled between 31 and 60 days prior to check-in, the property receives 50% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. -For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. -For reservations canceled on the same day of the check-in date up to 48 hours after check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant and any refund of the security deposit will be at the owner's discretion. *Once the lease period has begun, it is possible to withdraw from the lease with 90 days notice without incurring penalties; otherwise, the entire security deposit will be withheld. If the lease is terminated before the natural expiry date as per booking, even with regular notice, the customer must compensate the property, where present, for the commissions paid to the website on the entire rent. Upon check-out, if no damage is found to the apartment and all costs due have been paid, the security deposit will be returned after check out once the latest invoices for actual consumption have been received to proceed with the adjustments.
