Interaction We meet and greet our guests if they arrive until around 9pm. When it's later than that we may sometimes leave a key at the 24 hour porter for you. The apartment has a manual which will explain the workings of appliances etc in the property. But we remain available on the phone in case of need. We would then leave you to enjoy your stay in peace but in the knowledge were only a phone call away (you'll always have more than one local contact number). On leaving the property you'd just leave our keys in the entrance hall after closing up all doors and windows and turning off all lights and air conditioning units. Other things to note Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two. If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed. Kindly ensure compliance with these guidelines to make your stay enjoyable for everyone involved. Getting Around You can almost everywhere on foot. But in the case that you don't feel up to it or you want to go further afield there is great transport system called the BusCas and GiroBus. They are circular routes which take you to all the areas outside of the town centre as well as the out of town shopping mall and cinemas. Otherwise the train will take you to central Lisbon or catch the bus to Sintra from the bus station across the road den the train station.
