STUNNING sea views at Seabreeze apartment, located in the village of S. João do Estoril. Just 350 meters from the beach, wake up to the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean right outside your window. Ideal for a group of 5, this apartment offers the perfect coastal getaway. Please note: Construction work is ongoing next door during working hours; rates have been adjusted accordingly. Despite its proximity to a main road and railway, the allure of the ocean makes this a must-stay. The Space This cosy 1 bedroom holiday flat is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It has a single pull out sofa in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, which can be prepared and enjoyed indoors while gazing at the sea. The apartment is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, blow dryer, interenet and Wifi. Guest Access We offer a complementary meet and greet service until 8 pm Neighborhood The surrounding area offers plenty of dining and shopping opportunities within walking distance. The train station of Estoril, on the Lisboa-Cascais line, is at less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment, making it easy to get to Lisbon. If you looking for entertainment, you don't need to go far though- you can always count on the closeby Estoril Casino for a show, theatre or musical entertainment. Estoril is well know for their beaches and sightseeing and paredão (broadwalk) which makes for a most amazing walk to Cascais at sunset! The distances from S. Pedro do Estoril to points of cultural and tourist interest are excellent: 20 km to Sintra, 4 km to Cascais, 15 km to Praia do Guincho (great waves!), 25 km to Cabo da Roca (the most western point in Europe), and 25 km to Lisboa. A small supermarket, Minipreço, is only 15 minutes on foot, where you can pick up everything you need. Other things to note This is a self-catering apartment. * We provide: -Linen for each bed (1 set) -Towels for each guest (1 set – bath towel and hand towel) -Hygiene products – soap, shampoo and toilet paper (for the first night) * Extra linen and towels have a cost: -Double bed changeover including towels - €21.00 -Single bed changeover including towels - €17.00 -Hourly maid service upon request * Please note that all extras such as cots and high chairs are available for hire. They incur a small charge. Please message us to enquire about the pricing of the rented items. Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20:00. Late check-in attracts a supplemental fee: From 20:00 to 23:00 - €30.00 After 23:00 - €60.00 Tourist Tax: Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals. This tax contributes to the maintenance of local facilities and applies to tourists regardless of nationality. It is the host’s responsibility to collect the tax at the prevailing rate and pass it on to the respective municipalities/regions. Rates can vary from year to year and between different councils. Please check your reservation for details. * Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise. * Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, tv, etc.) * Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency. * Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behavior as it is part of the agreement we have with our owners. Getting Around Situated on Av. Marginal, the property enjoys a prime location in Estoril. The Estoril Train Station is approximately a 12-minute walk away, providing convenient access to Lisbon and other coastal towns. Several bus stops are also nearby, offering easy routes to explore Estoril and its surrounding areas. For those who prefer to drive, the A5 motorway is within a 10-minute drive, enabling quick trips to Lisbon and Cascais.
