È composto da un comodo ingresso che funge anche da zona studio/pranzo, una cucina, un bagno con doccia ed un bagno con lavatrice, 2 suite singole con letto alla francese. L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre agli studenti. Dotato di Wi-Fi e di cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori base.
