Located in the heart of Lisbon (in the historic Mouraria quarter) this apartment is the ideal place to wander around the charming typical Lisbon neighborhoods - it's absolutely perfect for those looking to experience the true Lisbon life. Some of the most historical landmarks are in a small walking distance and you also have easy access to public transportation, including the subway and the famous 28 Tram. Staying in Casa Mouraria will surely make your stay memorable! → Building We would like to warn you that as typically of the area, the building has no elevator and therefore we do not recommend this lovely apartment if you have an issue with walking up stairs. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It is ideal for two people but can accommodate up to 4 guests (the sofa bed is 1.4m wide). It is well soundproofed, which is uncommon for the area. → Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with a Double-Bed and a delightful natural lighting from the skylight! → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV with over 100 channels - but the Castle View from the window is much better! - and a sofa-bed prepared to accommodate 2 more guests. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and iron. Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. (EN) > The security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. The security deposit is returned within 14 days of the check-out date. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 60 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you check out before the agreed date, no refund will be processed. – (PT) > O depósito de segurança deve ser pago até 7 dias antes do check-in.
