It is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for nice days at the beach, but close enough to a big and exciting city like Porto. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, TV and balcony. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, one of them social. → Living / Dining room The living room has an inviting sofa, a dining table, and a balcony with partial sea views. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, iron, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. → Bedding and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and towel set will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional towel exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in is between 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will apply in case of key loss. → A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. → City Tax will also be charged according to the law. (EN) > The security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. The security deposit is returned within 14 days of the check-out date. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 60 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you check out before the agreed date, no refund will be processed. – (PT) > O depósito de segurança deve ser pago até 7 dias antes do check-in.
