La posizione sopraelevata garantisce una piacevole vista sulla città e un ambiente particolarmente silenzioso e riservato, ideale per chi cerca comfort e tranquillità nel cuore di Sanremo. L'alloggio è composto da due camere da letto accuratamente arredate: la camera principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale che assicura il massimo comfort per il riposo, mentre la seconda camera è dotata di un letto singolo, perfetta per ospiti aggiuntivi o per chi viaggia in compagnia. Il soggiorno rappresenta il cuore dell'appartamento, uno spazio accogliente dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione della Riviera Ligure. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per preparare i propri pasti: forno, microonde e frigorifero con freezer permettono di gestire con autonomia i propri ritmi alimentari. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost. In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
