The S-Bahn, including Park'n Ride parking, can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. The location is very convenient for transportation, close to the A23 (A7) motorway. But it's not just Hamburg city center that is within easy reach: in just over an hour you can be in Büsum on the North Sea coast. If you want to head for the wide sandy beach of St. Peter-Ording, it takes only slightly longer, as does the journey to the Baltic Sea. The Hamburg Arena is about 7 km away. All major shopping chains can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Japanese school in Halstenbek can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes. The house with a huge areat of land (2500 square meters) is located on a traffic-calmed street. The beautiful garden and the adjoining tree nurseries invite you to relax after a day in the hustle and bustle of the big city. The south-west facing terrace offers a wonderful view of the adjacent tree nurseries. General: The house, built in the 1980s, has been divided into three apartments. Your functionally furnished apartment offers plenty of space for the whole family with over 100 square meters spread over 3 floors. The entire apartment is heated with underfloor heating. All windows and patio doors are equipped with shutters to save energy, protect privacy, and keep out unwanted visitors. The garden and courtyard are also available to the other residents. This also applies to the washing machine and dryer in the basement. I expect all residents to live together harmoniously. Everything you need for daily use is provided. If something is missing, just ask! We offer personal support, including personal key handover and instruction. If something is missing or not working properly, we are here for you. _______________________ Ground floor: The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area and kitchen. In front of your apartment door, there is a large communal area that can be used as a cloakroom. An additional toilet is also available for your exclusive use. The living area has an open-plan design and extends over two floors with access to the upper floor. In addition to the TV, there is also an open fireplace for cozy evenings on cold winter days (firewood is not included in the rent). Your terrace is accessible from the living and dining areas. Upper floor: From the living area, you can reach the upper floor via a wooden staircase. The first room you come to is the gallery with another sofa, which is perfect for relaxing and reading. Next, you come to the first bedroom, which is equipped with a spacious wardrobe, a large double bed, and a small TV. In the bathroom, which was modernized a few years ago, you can look forward to a wall-mounted rimless toilet, two sinks, and a large rain shower with thermostat control. Attic: Access to the second bedroom in the attic studio is via a steep staircase (not suitable for small children). For children or other family members, there is a double bed and a sofa bed. Homework or home office work can be done here at the desk, which has plenty of light. Additional information No parties, no pets, and smoking only outside.
