日本人・韓国人留学生の方へ はじめまして。私はイタリア人の女性で、大学で日本語と韓国語を勉強していました。 現在、留学のためイタリアに滞在される日本人および韓国人の留学生の方に、私の家の一部屋をお貸ししています。 家は一戸建ての1階部分で、庭とテラスがございます。キッチン、リビングルーム、寝室2部屋、バスルームがございます。 お貸しする部屋はテラスに面していて、自由に出入りが可能ですが、一度ドアを閉めてしまうと外側に鍵穴がないため外から中には入ることができません。 Wi-Fi、テレビ、エアコンなどの生活設備は整っています。バスルームには洗濯機と乾燥機もございます。 水道代・電気代・ガス代は別途となり、実費を折半していただきます。写真には写っていませんがお貸しする部屋には新しいクローゼットを設置する予定です。 【重要事項】 喫煙されない方、また動物好きな方を希望いたします。私はドイツ・シェパードの雌犬と共に生活していて、彼女は非常に愛情深く、遊び好きで、他の人々にも友好的です。 部屋は10月15日から入居可能でございます。 契約は正式な書面にて行いますので、ご安心ください。 ご興味をお持ちいただけましたら、どうぞお気軽にご連絡くださいませ。 Erasmus의 일본인 힌국인의 유학생 분들께 이탈리아 여성분이 방 구하시는 분을 찾습니다. 안녕하세요.저는 이탈리아여성으로 대학에서 일본어와 한국어를 공부했습니다.현재 Erasmus 유학 프로그램을 통해서 이탈리아에서 살고 있는 일본인 또는 한국인 유학생 분들중에서 저의 집 방에 세들어 사실분을 구합니다. 집은 단독주택으로 1층에 마당과 테라스가 있습니다.그리고 주방,거실,침실방2개,욕실이 있습니다. 지내실 방은 테라스쪽에 붙어있는 방으로 밖에서 자유롭게 출입하실 수 있습니다.(안쪽에서 문을 잠글경우 바깥쪽은 열쇠구멍이 없어서 밖에서 안으로 들어올 수 없습니다.) Wi-Fi, 텔레비젼, 에어컨등의 생활가전은 설치되어 있습니다. 욕실에는 세탁기,건조기도 있습니다. 수도세/전기세/가스요금은 별도로 절반씩 부담해주시면 됩니다.사진은 없지만 들어오실 방에 새 옷장을 설치할 예정입니다. 【중요사항】 흡연하지 않는 분,그리고 동물을 좋아하시는 분(싫어하지 않는 분)이셨으면 좋겠습니다. 저는 독일 셰퍼드(암컷)와 같이 생활하고 있습니다.강아지는 애교가 많고, 노는것 좋아하고, 사람들에게 친근합니다. 방은 10월 15일부터 입실 가능합니다. 계약은 정식서면으로 할 예정이니 안심하셔도 좋습니다. 생각 있으신 분들은 언제든지 편하게 연락주세요. To Japanese and Korean International Students Nice to meet you. I am an Italian woman who studied Japanese and Korean at university. Currently, I am renting out a room in my house to Japanese and Korean international students who are staying in Italy for their studies. The house is a single-family home on the ground floor, with a garden and terrace. It includes a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The room for rent faces the terrace and has direct access, so you can come and go freely. However, please note that once the terrace door is closed, there is no keyhole on the outside, you won’t be able to enter from the outside and you'll have to use the main door The house is equipped with all necessary amenities, including Wi-Fi, a TV, and air conditioning. The bathroom has both a washing machine and a dryer. Water, electricity, and gas bills are not included in the rent and will be split based on actual usage. Although not shown in the photos, a new closet will be soon installed in the room. Important Notes I am looking for a non-smoker housemate who must also be an animal lover . I live with a female German Shepherd who is very affectionate, playful, and friendly towards everyone. The room will be available starting from October 15th, 2025.
