Inserito in un edificio dal carattere tipico della Vecchia Milano, l’alloggio si distingue per lo stile particolare e ricercato, con arredi e quadri classici che creano un’atmosfera calda e senza tempo. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben distribuiti, ideali per coppie o piccoli nuclei che desiderano vivere un soggiorno suggestivo e fuori dal comune. La presenza di scale interne contribuisce al fascino dell’appartamento ma lo rende non adatto a tutti. La zona notte è composta da un’unica camera da letto, accogliente e curata nei dettagli, dotata di aria condizionata e TV. Il soggiorno è uno spazio conviviale e di grande personalità, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in città, con un divano letto che può ospitare un eventuale ospite aggiuntivo, per una capienza totale di tre persone. La cucina è funzionale e ben attrezzata per soggiorni brevi. L’appartamento dispone di due bagni, una comodità importante anche per pochi ospiti: uno colpisce per il suggestivo soffitto con vetrate, che regala luce naturale e un tocco scenografico unico. Completano l’alloggio due ampi terrazzi: uno arredato con tavoli e sdraio, ideale per momenti all’aperto, e uno vuoto, da vivere in modo più libero. L’appartamento è dotato di wifi veloce, aria condizionata presente nella camera da letto, riscaldamento e smart door per l’accesso in autonomia. La lavatrice non è all’interno dell’alloggio ma è disponibile nella lavanderia comune nel cortile, una soluzione comoda soprattutto per soggiorni di qualche giorno. Le ante con sistema di sicurezza garantiscono maggiore tranquillità, mantenendo intatto il carattere storico dell’abitazione. La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: l’appartamento si trova nel cuore della zona Navigli, una delle aree più vivaci e iconiche di Milano. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i Navigli, perfetti per passeggiate lungo l’acqua, aperitivi e atmosfere romantiche, con una grande varietà di locali, ristoranti e botteghe. La zona è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, che permettono di spostarsi comodamente verso il centro e le principali attrazioni della città, rendendo questo alloggio ideale per chi vuole vivere Milano in modo autentico, tra charme autentico e vita urbana. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona. The presence of internal stairs adds to the charm of the apartment but makes it not suitable for everyone. The sleeping area consists of a single bedroom, cozy and with attention to detail, equipped with air conditioning and TV. The living room is a convivial space with great personality, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city, with a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional guest, for a total capacity of three people. The kitchen is functional and well equipped for short stays. The washing machine is not in the apartment but is available in the common laundry room in the courtyard, a convenient solution especially for stays of a few days. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night -for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
