L'appartamento FRANCOBOLLO STUDIO, situato a Massagno, è un monolocale accogliente e ben organizzato. Dall’ingresso si accede al soggiorno, che è arredato in maniera funzionale e piacevole alla vista. La zona giorno è caratterizzata da un letto matrimoniale a scomparsa (Il letto è a ribalta e i cuscini con il piumino si trovano nell'armadio guardaroba) integrato in un armadio, perfetto per ottimizzare gli spazi durante il giorno. Nella stanza è presente anche un divano bianco e un tavolino basso in vetro, che dona un tocco elegante. Segue un tavolo da pranzo in legno chiaro per 4 persone, adatto a cene e momenti di convivialità. Il pavimento in parquet dona calore all'ambiente. La cucina è ben fornita e dotata di numerosi elettrodomestici tra cui una macchina per il caffè, un fornello elettrico a quattro fuochi, un forno a microonde posizionato sopra il frigorifero, un tostapane, un frullatore a immersione, un mixer e un bollitore non elettrico in acciaio. Tutti questi elementi sono ordinatamente organizzati in uno spazio compatto e pratico. Il bagno è dotato di un WC e una vasca da bagno con doccia per momenti di relax. Il balcone attrezzato con sedie e un tavolo permette di godersi l’ambiente esterno. La vista sul verde e gli edifici circostanti con le montagne sullo sfondo rende lo spazio ideale per colazioni o aperitivi all'aperto.  Viene fornita biancheria da letto di qualità, asciugamani e kit di cortesia. Lasciamo anche un cestino regalo con il necessario per la vostra prima colazione. Wi-Fi gratuito disponibile. È severamente vietato fumare. A pochi passi ci sono il Cinema Lux e il ristorante Grotto Valletta. L’appartamento è posizionato a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Il lungolago di Lugano e il cuore della città storica sono raggiungibili in auto in soli 10/15 minuti, oppure a piedi in circa 15 minuti. Qui potrai passeggiare lungo le vie acciottolate del centro, la Piazza Riforma e Via Nassa, famosa via dello shopping. Passeggiando sul lungolago puoi raggiungere il museo LAC e la zona di Paradiso, oppure il Parco Ciani con il suo meraviglioso giardino e la villa. Come arrivarci:  In auto, dall’autostrada A2 prendi l’uscita Lugano Nord e imposta il GPS: in meno di 10 minuti raggiungerai l’appartamento. In treno: Arrivati alla Stazione FFS di Lugano, prendere l’autobus N.4 in direzione di “Canobbio, Ganna” e scendere dopo 3 fermate a “Massagno, Sassa”, da qui in un 1 minuto a piedi sarete davanti all’appartamento.  The Francobollo Studio flat, located in Massagno, is a cosy and well-organised studio. The entrance leads into the living room, which is furnished in a functional and visually pleasing manner. The living area is characterised by a fold-away double bed (the bed is fold-away and the pillows with the duvet are in the wardrobe) integrated in a wardrobe, which is perfect for optimising space during the day. There is also a white sofa in the room and a low glass coffee table, which adds an elegant touch. This is followed by a light wood dining table for 4 people, suitable for dinners and convivial moments. The parquet floor lends warmth to the room. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with numerous appliances including a coffee machine, an electric four-burner cooker, a microwave oven located above the refrigerator, a toaster, an immersion blender, a mixer and a non-electric steel kettle. All these items are neatly organised in a compact and practical space. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a bathtub with shower for relaxing moments. The balcony equipped with chairs and a table allows you to enjoy the outdoors.  The view of the greenery and surrounding buildings with the mountains in the background makes the space ideal for outdoor breakfasts or aperitifs.  Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. All commercial activity is forbidden inside the flat. The flat offers communal parking in a garage, making it ideal for those travelling by car. Within walking distance are the Cinema Lux and the restaurant Grotto Valletta. The flat is located just over 10 minutes' walk from the station. Lugano's lakefront and the heart of the historic city can be reached by car in just 10 to 15 minutes, or on foot in about 15 minutes. Here you can stroll along the cobbled streets of the centre, the Piazza Riforma and Via Nassa, the famous shopping street. Strolling along the lakefront you can reach the LAC museum and the Paradiso area, or the Ciani Park with its wonderful garden and villa. How to get there:  By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS: in less than 10 minutes you will reach the flat. By train: When you arrive at the FFS railway station in Lugano, take bus no. 4 in the direction of ‘Canobbio, Ganna’ and get off after 3 stops at ‘Massagno, Sassa’, from here you will be in front of the flat in a 1 minute walk.
