Svegliarsi ogni mattina con una spettacolare vista a 180° sul lago di Lugano diventa realtà nell’appartamento UNIQUE GANDRIA ATTIC. Questo moderno trilocale è situato all’interno di una residenza esclusiva nell’area panoramica di Gandria, un pittoresco borgo ticinese bagnato dal lago.  L’appartamento è caratterizzato da un’ampia zona living open space con cucina a vista, pensata per creare un’atmosfera accogliente e conviviale. Le grandi vetrate regalano una vista mozzafiato sul lago e conducono direttamente al terrazzo arredato, ideale per ammirare il panorama in totale tranquillità. La zona notte è composta da due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con letto large e una con un divano letto doppio (Attenzione: il divano letto non viene preparato per il vostro arrivo, perché riteniamo corretto che possiate usare il divano durante le ore non dedicate al sonno. Troverete lenzuola, cuscini e coperte nell’armadio/mensola più adiacente al divano). I due bagni, uno dotato di vasca e uno di doccia, rendono l’alloggio perfetto per famiglie e gruppi di amici.  Ogni angolo dell’appartamento è studiato con attenzione e impreziosito da finiture di alta qualità e arredi di design, offrendo uno stile ricercato in una location unica.  Viene fornita biancheria da letto di qualità, asciugamani e kit di cortesia.  Lasciamo anche un cestino regalo con il necessario per la vostra prima colazione. È vietato fumare. È vietata ogni attività commerciale all’interno dell’appartamento. L’appartamento non dispone di parcheggio privato, ma è possibile trovare parcheggi pubblici a pagamento a circa 350 metri di distanza. In caso di necessità, il nostro servizio clienti è pronto ad assisterti dalle 8:00 alle 22:00 tramite telefono, email o Whats-app. Nei dintorni: Gandria è un villaggio pittoresco e ben conservato, tra i borghi lacustri più belli del Ticino, le cui case incastonate sul fianco della montagna, alle pendici del monte Brè, si specchiano nelle acque del Ceresio. Le costruzioni, strette tra loro, si raggiungono attraverso scalinate e viuzze. Alcune abitazioni risalgono al XVI e XVII secolo e sono abbellite da affreschi e decorazioni in stucco. Il villaggio è comodamente raggiungibile in battello da Lugano, in auto e in in bus attraverso la strada panoramica, Strada di Gandria. Tra i più celebri punti di interesse c’è il celebre Sentiero di Gandria, un percorso di straordinaria bellezza che costeggia il lago tra il verde della vegetazione mediterranea, gli ulivi, le tipiche case lacustri e il lago a pochi passi. Con il battello sono facilmente raggiungibili anche Cantine di Gandria e Caprino, sull’altra sponda del lago, dove percorrere un sentiero nel verde e gustare le prelibatezze ticinesi nei Grotti tipici. In auto si raggiunge il Lido di Lugano e il Parco Ciani in soli 10 minuti, il centro di Lugano in max 15 minuti. C’è un piccolo e grazioso Lido anche a Gandria, all’inizio del sentiero dal lato di Castagnola, il Lido San Domenico. Anche l’Italia è a due passi: la dogana di Gandria e a 2 minuti, e attraversandola si raggiunge la bella sponda italiana del lago di Lugano, con i piccoli borghi della Valsolda, come Oria (celebre per la Villa Fogazzaro Roi, patrimonio FAI) e Porlezza. Come arrivare: In auto, dall’autostrada A2 prendi lo Svincolo Lugano Sud e imposta il GPS: in 15 minuti raggiungerai la struttura. In treno, dalla stazione di Lugano prendere il bus N. 2 direzione “Castagnola, Capolinea” per 5 fermate e scendere alla fermata “Lugano, Palazzo Studi”. Da qui prendere il bus 490 direzione “Gandria, Paese” per 7 fermate, e scendere alla fermata “Gandria, Strada”. In 3 minuti a piedi raggiungerai l’appartamento. This modern three-room apartment is located in an exclusive residence in the panoramic area of Gandria, a picturesque Ticino village by the lake. The apartment features a spacious open-plan living area with a kitchen designed to create a welcoming and convivial atmosphere. Large windows offer a breathtaking view of the lake and open directly onto the furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying the panorama in complete tranquility. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a large double bed and one with a double sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). The two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and one with a shower—make this accommodation perfect for families and groups of friends. Every corner of the apartment has been thoughtfully designed and enhanced with high-quality finishes and designer furnishings, offering an elegant style in a unique location. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment. The apartment does not have private parking, but paid public parking is available approximately 350 meters away. From there, the property is accessible with a 5-minute walk up the village staircase. The narrow buildings are reached via stairways and narrow streets. Some houses date from the 16th and 17th centuries and are adorned with frescoes and stucco decorations. The village is easily reachable by boat from Lugano, by car and by bus via the scenic road, Strada di Gandria. Among the most celebrated points of interest is the famous Sentiero di Gandria, an extraordinarily beautiful path that follows the lake among green Mediterranean vegetation, olive trees, typical lakeside houses, and the lake within walking distance. Also easily reached by boat are Cantine di Gandria and Caprino, on the other side of the lake, where you can walk a path through the greenery and enjoy Ticino food in typical Grotti. By car you can reach Lugano Lido and Ciani Park in just 10 minutes, Lugano center in max. 15 minutes. There is a nice little Lido also in Gandria, at the beginning of the path on the Castagnola side, the Lido San Domenico. Italy is also just a stone's throw away: the Gandria customs post is 2 minutes away, and crossing it you reach the beautiful Italian shore of Lake Lugano, with the small villages of Valsolda, such as Oria (famous for the Villa Fogazzaro Roi, a FAI heritage site) and Porlezza. How to get there: By car, from the A2 freeway take the Lugano Sud junction and set the GPS: in 15 minutes you will reach the parking lot. By train, from Lugano station take bus No. 2 direction "Castagnola, Capolinea" for 5 stops and get off at "Lugano, Palazzo Studi" stop. From here take bus 490 direction "Gandria, Paese" for 7 stops and get off at the stop "Gandria, Strada." In 3 minutes walk you will reach the apartment.
