La zona notte è composta da 2 camere con 1 matrimoniale, 1 letto singolo e 1 divano letto. L’appartamento è riservato ai non fumatori ed è dotato di wifi, televisione, linea cortesia, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, ascensore e aria condizionata. La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona. [ENG] Comfortable and bright three-room apartment on the 5th floor, in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the center and the main tourist attractions. The apartment has a large terrace, equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and deck chairs, to relax and enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night -for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
