La posizione sopraelevata e la grande portafinestra nella zona giorno regalano una piacevole vista ed ambienti ben illuminati durante tutto il giorno. La metratura generosa e la distribuzione funzionale degli spazi rendono questa proprietà la soluzione ottimale per ospitare fino a 4 persone, garantendo privacy e comfort a ogni ospite. La zona notte è ben organizzata in due camere separate: la camera principale dispone di un confortevole letto matrimoniale, mentre la seconda camera è attrezzata con un letto singolo, ideale per un ospite aggiuntivo o come studio. In soggiorno, un comodo divano letto matrimoniale offre ulteriori posti letto. L'angolo cottura è moderno e completamente attrezzato per ogni esigenza, dotato di fornelli, forno, microonde e lavastoviglie per una gestione pratica dei pasti. La struttura vanta inoltre la presenza di due bagni, un dettaglio che assicura massima comodità e indipendenza a tutti gli occupanti. La zona è vivace e ricca di numerosi locali, tra cui ristoranti, pizzerie e supermercati aperti fino a tardi. Per gli amanti del verde e dello sport, nelle immediate vicinanze si trova il Parco Trotter e la suggestiva pista ciclabile del Naviglio Martesana, perfetta per passeggiate o corse all'aria aperta. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
