Grazie alla posizione elevata, l’alloggio gode di una buona luminosità naturale e di un ambiente particolarmente silenzioso e riservato. Gli spazi sono stati progettati per massimizzare la vivibilità, rendendo l'alloggio ideale per ospitare fino a 3 persone in un contesto accogliente e pratico. La zona notte è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale che assicura il massimo comfort per il riposo notturno, caratterizzata da arredi funzionali. La zona giorno presenta un ambiente versatile che integra soggiorno e cucina, dove trova spazio un comodo divano letto per un ulteriore ospite e la televisione per i momenti di relax. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
