Depending on your needs, you can also have a balcony or even a shared or private terrace. Its more than just a co-living building, its simply a very big, comfy place to stay. You will find shared bathrooms on each floor. A fully-equipped kitchen is also part of the accommodation, including an oven, fridge, washing machine, and other small appliances. This co-living building is perfect if you love to have your own space, but also like living in a community. The building includes a total of 19 rooms, which means you will have all these people to connect with and share your experiences. Next to the property, there is the famous shopping center called El Corte Ingles, where you will find all sorts of things you are looking for. In addition to that, a metro station is also located within 10 minutes walking distance. The building is located in the beautiful district of Avenidas Novas. It is close to some nice restaurants and lively bars. It is also only about 15-20 minutes by walk to two of the major Universities in Lisbon. There are some nice green spaces around to hang out and relax, including the Gulbenkian garden with its beautiful lake and big amphitheater, which hosts a variety of events.
