La posizione sopraelevata garantisce luminosità naturale in tutti gli ambienti, creando un'atmosfera ariosa e accogliente, perfetta per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici che desiderano vivere Roma con il massimo comfort. La struttura si sviluppa attraverso quattro camere da letto, ciascuna arredata con un letto matrimoniale per garantire il riposo di otto ospiti, mentre il soggiorno dispone di un divano letto matrimoniale che può accogliere due persone aggiuntive. Gli ambienti sono stati pensati per offrire privacy e relax a tutti gli ospiti, con spazi ben distribuiti che permettono di muoversi liberamente senza interferenze. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
