Infatti a Coverciano c'è il Centro Tecnico Federale, un impianto sportivo che ha al suo interno anche il museo del calcio. Casa Kathleen, ricavata da un'antica fattoria, si trova in una strada tranquilla del quartiere.Si entra da un giardino con posto auto e si nota subito la tranquillità dell'ambiente. La casa dispone di un'ampia cucina, dotata di ogni esigenza, un ampio piano di lavoro, lavastoviglie, forno, caffettiera, tostapane, ecc. Annessa alla cucina c'è un'ampia stanza con TV e un piccolo bagno.Al piano interrato c'è tutto il necessario per biancheria, lavatrice, asciugatrice, ecc. Oltre a una sala ricreativa con biliardo.Mentre al primo piano abbiamo tre camere da letto di cui una con letto matrimoniale e ampio armadio in un locale separato adiacente alla camera da letto, un'altra matrimoniale più piccola ed una terza camera con due letti singoli. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno con doccia, di cui uno dotato anche di vasca e un ampio spazio con specchi e lavandini per la toilette.A pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa c'è un supermercato e un bar. Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati; PAGAMENTI: Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. [ENG] Casa Kathleen is located in Coverciano, a district of Florence, located south of the city, at the foot of the hills leading to Fiesole, known as the retreat of the Italian national football team. In fact, in Coverciano there is the Federal Technical Center, a sports facility that has inside also the football museum. Casa Kathleen, converted from an old farm, is located on a quiet street in the neighborhood. You enter from a garden with parking space and you immediately notice the tranquility of the environment. The house has a large kitchen, equipped with every need, a large worktop, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Attached to the kitchen there is a large room with TV and a small bathroom. In the basement there is everything you need for linen, washing machine, dryer, etc.In addition to a recreation room with billiards. While on the first floor we have three bedrooms, one with a double bed and large wardrobe in a separate room adjacent to the bedroom, another smaller double and a third bedroom with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, one of which also has a bathtub and a large space with mirrors and sinks for the toilet.A few minutes walk from the house there is a supermarket and a bar. We can arrange weekly cleaning services for a fee for longer rentals. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night -for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
