All amenities, including monthly cleaning, are included in the rent. The underground station is right in front of the door, the famous Prater park is close by, green as far as the eye can see, and you can stroll to WU in just 5 minutes. All other universities are also within easy reach with the U2. There is just so much to do in the most liveable city in the world. N.B. All rental contracts can only begin on the 1st of each month and end on the last day of each month. Even if a tenant checks in within the month (e.g., on the 16th of the month), he will have to pay for the whole month.

Please note that you will receive a booking link once the booking has been completed, please open this and follow the full process as it will expire within 3–5 days (the time frame will be communicated in the email). If you do not complete all the steps, then your booking will be cancelled. Once the tenancy has begun: The termination options are regulated in your contract. For the ordinary termination by the end of the semester with contract end date February 28th or August 31st, you will receive the appropriate form from your resident manager. The deadline for this is November 30th for end date February 28th and April 30th for end date August 31st. For an extraordinary termination (“major cause”) one of the conditions regulated in the contract must be present and this must also be proven with a written evidence/confirmation. The full list of applicable scenarios is listed in your contract. The notice period here is one month and always to the end of the month. Before the tenancy starts: Once the contract is concluded, the following terms apply for cancellation: within 14 days after the signature of the contract cancellation is free of charge and eventual payments will be refunded as a whole after that until 3 months before the contract start date cancellation is possible for a fee of 150 EUR, the rest of the prepayment will be refunded after that until 1 week before the contract start date cancellation is possible for a fee of one monthly rent, the rest of the prepayment will be refunded. Only after 1 week before the contract start date, cancellation is no longer possible.
