Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life, such as a bed with a premium mattress with bedsheets, pillows, and duvets, a large wardrobe, table, and chair for work with a lamp. Some rooms also have a private or shared balcony or terrace for you to enjoy the sunshine. You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen that has everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the community.The building is split into two parts with a larger front house, and a cozy back house with a maisonette. With wooden ceilings and concrete floors it is both stylish and cozy inside out.You can be cooking meals with your flatmates in the fully equipped kitchens, spending time in the comfortable common area on the first floor, or having a sundowner on one of the terraces overlooking the park. Located in the southwest of Berlin, Neukölln is the place to be if you want to experience a multicultural, gritty-but-charming neighborhood that’s constantly on the move. Some highlights include the Maybachufer Turkish Market, Tempelhof park and loads of unique cafes, bars and clubs. This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi. We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month. To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.

Spacest.com fee will not be reimbursed. 2) cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 50% reimbursement of the First Payment. Spacest.com fee will not be reimbursed. 3) cancellation made between the 29th day or less before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: There is no refund.
