Le quartier
Situé aux portes de Paris, Colombes regorge de tous types de commerces de proximité (boulangerie, poissonnerie, restaurants, boucherie, pressing, pharmacie, ...).
Trois marchés se tiennent à Colombes, celui du Centre les mardis, jeudis et dimanches matin, celui du Petit-Colombes les mardis, vendredis et dimanches matin, et celui de Marceau, les mercredis et samedis matin.


Transports
La situation géographique de l'appartement vous permettra de vous déplacer très facilement et rapidement dans l'ensemble de la capitale de la France via ces nombreuses possibilités de transports en commun :

Un agent prendra contact avec vous pour planifier votre arrivée, et échanger sur la  modalité de récupération des clefs.

Late check-in : entre 19h et 23h, il vous faudra venir récupérer les clés à notre bureau

Le samedi ou le dimanche : entre 15h et 23h
Les clés seront à récupérer dans nos locaux situés à proximité de l'Arc de Triomphe.

Nous nous assurerons que votre arrivée se passe en toute tranquillité, et nous sommes à votre disposition pour répondre à toutes vos questions.

Arrivée dernière minute

Pour toutes réservations effectuées jusqu’à 48h avant votre arrivée, nous nous réservons le droit d’effectuer la remise de clé dans nos locaux près de l'Arc de Triomphe

Le logement
Ce logement est disponible pour un bail mobilité UNIQUEMENT. Le bail mobilité est un type de bail de location meublée de courte durée. Il vise à faciliter la mobilité des locataires, et notamment des raisons professionnelles ou scolaires.
Ce studio lumineux se compose :
- Un séjour avec un canapé lit, table dinatoire et lit double (160x200)
- Une cuisine équipée (machine à café, bouilloire, grille-pain, four micro-onde)
- Une salle de bain avec douche et WC
-WIFI et TV
- Draps et serviettes de toilettes
-Nombreux rangements

Le quartier
L'appartement se situe dans un environnement calme et paisible à proximité du centre-ville : « un endroit où il fait bon vivre ».
Il s’agit d’un quartier très dynamique qui regorge de restaurants, de magasins, ainsi que de nombreux commerces de proximité (mairie, boulangerie, restaurants, médecins, marchés, pharmacie, ...).

L'emplacement vous permettra de vous déplacer rapidement et facilement dans la capitale grâce à de nombreuses possibilités de transports en commun :
