Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours’ notice and subject to availability. Please note we do not provide baby linen.

Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-ins: Between 2pm and 10pm. Late arrivals are accommodated the next day from 9:30am, with possible extra charges.
Early Check-ins: Requests to check in before 2pm will be confirmed 24 hours in advance and may incur a charge of 50% of a night’s rate.
Late Check-outs: To extend your stay past the standard time, confirmation is required 24 hours prior, and a fee of 50% of a night’s rate may apply.

Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: €150 required for access to the property, payable online via credit card through SWIKLY. Refunds are processed within 8-14 days after departure, provided no damages are reported.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Odor: €450 charge if detected post-stay.
Extra Key: Available for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost Keys: Fees of €100 to €500 depending on the type of key, if keys are left on the door or inside the apartment.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Key Handling: Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Noise: Respect the neighbors and avoid loud noises to prevent deposit deductions.
Power Cut Notice: Scheduled power cut from November 6, 2023, 11:30 pm to November 7, 2023, 11:45 pm. This is a planned event by local authorities, and we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused.

Internet Etiquette:
Usage: Avoid unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted material and browsing prohibited sites. We are not liable for any internet issues from telecom operators.

Professional Usage & Photography:
Restrictions: No photo shoots, filming, or commercial use without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.

Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings:
Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation for Olympic Games reservations.

Minimum Age Requirement:
Reservation Age: The minimum age for making a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. No refunds will be issued if this rule is not followed.
