Located on the second floor of a modern building with elevator, Teglio 2 offers a comfortable and bright environment, ideal for short or medium stays in Milan. With an area of 60 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a single sofa bed in the living room, offering flexibility for different living needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals independently. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, sink and toilet, complete with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Among the services offered, the apartment includes fast Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, television and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season. The apartment does not have air conditioning, please take this into account if you book in summer!
The apartment is located in a strategic area of Milan, well connected to the center and the main tourist attractions. Nearby is the Passante Ferroviario, a suburban railway network that crosses the city, making it easy to travel to different destinations, including Malpensa Airport.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
