L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2023, ha impianto di riscaldamento autonomo a gas, i mobili sono nuovi e gli elettrodomestici in classe energetica A++(lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, forno multifunzione, smart Tv).
La camera di circa 10 mq è molto luminosa, grazie alla finestra Velux automatizzata, è provvista di aria condizionata/pompa di calore, letto singolo, comodino, ampia scrivania con poltrona studio e grande armadio 5 ante con cassettiera. La cucina è abitabile con piano colazione e ha una finestra che affaccia sul ballatoio comune. Il bagno con doccia. Soggiorno con divano, Tv, tavolo pranzo, una grande finestra con affaccio sul cortile principale. Inoltre nel cortile interno è disponibile un parcheggio per le bici. L'altra camera è occupata da uno stdente alla Bocconi.

Lo stabile è ben collegato con i servizi di trasporto pubblico:

Bright and cosy two-rooms apartment in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge, induction hob, and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, and lift. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; 

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with 
check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. 
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed. 


We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
