Ristrutturata e completamente arredata, la casa presenta soffitti a botte alti più di 4 metri e amplissime finestre. Il salottino, con vista giardino, ha una cucina fatta su misura completa di frigo, microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e macchina per il caffè. La camera da letto, con un letto king size, ha un armadio in muratura e il bagno un’ampia doccia. I muri spessi e l’ampio gradino condominiale assicurano tranquillità, pur essendo in pieno centro città. L’appartamento si trova a 200 metri dalla metro A (Manzoni, due fermate da Termini) e da vari tram/bus, oltre che a pochi minuti a piedi da luoghi di interesse artistico. Il riscaldamento e il raffreddamento sono autonomi. Vi è inoltre la possibilità di un servizio di conciergerie per pulizie, lavanderia, piccole commissioni e preparazione pasti.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, can accommodate up to 3 people.The outdoor space consists of the balcony.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night

If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
