L'appartamento si trova al quinto piano in antico stabile umbertino con ascensore. 
E' composto da ingresso con libreria, due camere entrambe con aria condizionata e con balcone che danno sul giardino del cortile condominiale. 
La prima è una camera con letto matrimoniale, scrivania e ampio armadio. La seconda è una camera da letto/soggiorno con letto singolo, divano/letto matrimoniale, televisione piccolo tavolo pc e armadio.
Completa la casa una cucina abitabile con cucina in muratura, tavolo per 4 persone e smart tv e un ampio bagno con box doccia in cristallo e lavatrice, con balconcino su cortile interno per stendere panni.
La casa è dotata di fibra ottica wireless Iliad.
La zona è perfetta per spostarsi in città, vicina a tutte le destinazioni con bus metro e treni, molto facile per raggiungere gli aeroporti e spostarsi a piedi per il centro della città.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor in an ancient Umbertine building with lift.
It consists of an entrance hall with bookcase, two bedrooms both with air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the communal courtyard garden.
The first is a bedroom with a double bed, desk and large wardrobe. The second is a bedroom/living room with a single bed, double sofa/bed, television, small PC table and wardrobe.
The house is completed by an eat-in kitchen with built-in kitchen, table for 4 people and smart TV and a large bathroom with glass shower cubicle and washing machine, with a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard for drying clothes.
The house is equipped with Iliad wireless fiber optics.
The area is perfect for getting around the city, close to all destinations with buses, metro and trains, very easy to reach the airports and move around the city center on foot.
We rent for transitory uses (with proven transitory needs)

UTILITIES
Utilities are paid at a flat rate up to a maximum, in case of excess, the extras will be deducted from the security deposit. The details will be specified on the rental contract.

PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night

PAGAMENTI:

Castro Pretorio is the eighteenth district of Rome, denoted by R. XVIII and named after the Castra Praetoria, barracks where the Praetorian Guard resided in Roman times.
