The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and has a total area of 80 square meters. There are ten steps to reach the apartment. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room.

High standard full optional 1 bedroom flat. Appartamento di circa 65 mq con 1 ampio salone, 1 camera da letto e con 1 bagno con doccia.
Questo appartamento si trova al 1 piano con ascensore, è dotato di parquet, doppi vetri, serrande elettriche, ed aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti. Ampio balcone angolare. E’ silenzioso e luminoso e si caratterizza per gli arredi di design.

L'appartamento si apre su un ingresso che conduce al salone doppio.
- La camera da letto che include un letto matrimoniale, un ampio armadio specchiato a 2 ante e un ripostiglio
- Il bagno rivestito in mosaico con ampia cabina doccia
- Il balcone angolare arredato in cui mangiare al sole e una zona lavanderia con lavatrice (no asciugatrice).

L'appartamento, sebbene rimanga molto silenzioso, si trova in una delle zone piu vive della citta' in prossimita' di locali, supermercati, negozi e ristoranti.

Agli ospiti è riservato l’intero appartamento.

Si richiede un mese di cauzione da pagare al momento della sottoscrizione del contratto e che verrà restituito alla fine del soggiorno, salvo eventuali danni o risoluzione anticipata del contratto.
Il costo della registrazione del contratto è a carico del proprietario. Dopo l'ingresso, il contratto può essere cancellato con minimo 3 mesi di preavviso. In caso di chiusura anticipata del contratto, il costo totale delle spese di registrazione dello stesso verranno rimborsate dall'ospite/i.

No animali, no party, rispetto degli orari del silenzio.  E' concesso fumare solo sul balcone.
Non è possibile mettere la residenza nella proprietà. La cassetta della posta ed il citofono sono in comune con altro appartamento ed il loro utilizzo è vietato.

Prima dell'arrivo vi saranno fornite informazioni per il self-check in. Check in dopo le 12 pm. Checkout time entro 11:00 am. In assenza di altri ospiti l'orario del check in e del check out è flessibile previa autorizzazione.

IMPORTANT: Once here in Italy, registering all guests with the Government is mandatory. Before your arrival, you must send us the documents of all the guests. The document to be presented must be an identity card and the Italian fiscal code/social number which might be required online for free before your arrival. The responsibility of arranging it is yours (the guest's responsibility) and failing to do this must result in a fine of € 500 per guest, in addition to having consequences with the police and government. By accepting this reservation you agree to comply with this.

Contract registration cost on the owner. The signed contract can be cancelled after the check-in by giving a 3-month notice period. If the contract gets cancelled before the agreed contract's end, the full registration cost will be reimbursed from the guest/s to the owner.

No residence registration is allowed at the property. The post box and the interphone, being shared, are not available.

You will receive instructions about the self-check-in. Check-in after 12 pm. Checkout time by 11:00 am. The check-in and check-out might be flexible, but they have to be agreed upon with me in advance
